My prediction that the New York Giants would win the Super Bowl was indeed correct.

After my last years correct prediction that the Colts would win the super bowl I will try again this year and see who is going to win. If I can do it once more I will be very happy. I will be using the same layout as last year.

These two card show me they are think fresh and feel like “we have it in our hands” like they already won. The fact that these two cards are of the wands suite element FIRE, they will play with a lot of energy. But how long can fir burn without it going crazy?


Its funny how both got a Queen card, this can show very different qualities between the two teams.
The action of thought and reason and the action of confidence passion.


From what I feel is that the Giants have a great chance because they seem to have a good stable ground, they will have a good mind set, and well thought out plan. But will stubbornness be a downfall? If the time comes where their plan starts to fall apart will they adapt or “stay the course”.

If the patriots win It will be because of there new visions and fire and energy. But like I said before how long can the fire burn? How long can they be positive and confident?

This year it is very hard for me to make my choice I feel its very close or even. But I want to say Giants. I still feel iffy about this so until Tuesday I might change my mind but I am trying to go with y gut.

There is a big victory in store for the white house in 2008. Regarding who would win I am going with a democrat. Mainly because I feel that for me personal it would be a victory if a dem would win. In 2008 Justice and ethics will come more important. I feel like fixing wrongs will be another main issue for 2008. More honesty as well. Overall theme is victory and peace.



Social issues In the USA

Knight of Swords Reversed

This card can indicate social unrest. Violence is still here and is still in the media a lot. I will not be surprised if we see more prejudices, hate crimes and arguments. Slander and trash talk.

There may come a point in 2008 that there may be some health issue that will need to be dealt with very quickly, But I feel that it would not be taken care of well and orderly.

I world is moving towards a transitions of healing. People may begin to heal and to seek peace from there burdens. Moving away from conflicts and changing of perception. This could be the view and opinions of America could start to change in 2008.

I have to laugh just because this card came up. I pulled the Judgment card concerning religion. Those who read tarot will understand. Hopefully judgment day won’t come this year lol other than that I see a new awaking in the spirits of people. They are opening their hearts to god or their own spirituality. Rebirth of the souls of humanity.

This looks like a good sign for 2008. This look like they will balance out and become more harmonized. Now I am not saying everything will go up and never down, but the overall seems good. Temperance may also being saying people will invest smarter and not risk as much.

The rider waite smith tarot deck is by far the most popular and copied deck in history. The rider waite deck has many clones like the Hanson-Roberts deck and others but in this post I will be only focusing on the decks that have taken the RWS drawings and re-colored them thus keeping the the same image but giving it a new look.

I have bought five versions of the RWS. I have the Rider waite, Universal Waite Tarot,Radiant Rider-Waite, The Original Rider Waite, Golden Rider Waite. Why do i have so many versions of the same deck? Well I love the rider waite deck. Its my favorite simply because I had it as my first and I love to see it in different colors to see if it can give me a new look and feel of what th card means. Also it adds verity to my collection. I like to switch between RWS decks from time to to time. The only thing I would love to see on a RWS deck is Golden edges like in the Golden Tarot. I did find that there was once a deck that had this and it out of print now so I am upset.

The Original Rider Waite
Te Original Rider-Waite Tarot differs from the Rider-Waite Tarot, as it has less saturated colors and a brownish hue, titles as drawn by Pamela Colman-Smith, and a more decorative back pattern.

The Rider Waite
This deck that we all know (the one with the blue and black plaid stripes) is not the original, it is a 1971 remake.

Giant Rider Waite
This deck is a much larger version of the rider waite. There are no changing just the size.

Rider-Waite Tarot (University Books)
This version of the Rider-Waite Tarot was published by University Books beginning in 1959.

Universal Waite Tarot
The Rider-Waite with artwork in the style of the Hanson-Roberts deck. This deck has a much more softer glow feel to the cards.

Radiant Rider-Waite
Poshkus has re-illustrated and updated Pamela Colman-Smith's famous images used in the Rider-Waite Tarot. Compared to the original, these cards are much more luminously colored and three-dimensional.

Albano-Waite Tarot
Pamela Colman-Smith's artwork is copied exactly and re-colored. There are several similar tarot decks, but the Albano-Waite Tarot is loudly colored, sometimes garishly so.

Golden Rider Waite
Colman-Smith's images have been reproduced as oil-paintings which gives them a more indistinct outline but a richer hue.

Looking toward the future: Summer 2007

I like to predict events It fun and keeps me on my toes. So I was just sitting here thinking what should I try and predict. The whole US vs Russia “the new cold war” thing has been on my mind, and something big always happens in the summer time right? Well I decided to take out my tarot deck (Robin Wood Tarot that I just bought) and see if I can peak into the future a bit. I am not sure if this reading is addressing the US – Russia issue but I think it might.

RANDOM EVENT
As I shuffled my deck I ask “What will be an important event that will happen this summer” and I pulled the Page of Wands. I felt very good by this, I feel that this summer there is be some good news on the way. Well I want to know what this news is and I asked and pulled the 8 of swords reversed. The news is good because the 8 of swords reversed signals that a solution (to what every problem) is at hand, that we are no longer “trapped” in confusion, We are no longer blinded by fear and unknown. Well this leads me deeper and to ask who is it regarding and got the King of Wands. Could this is be Vladimir Putin? Well Vladimir Putin is born in October so he would not be a fire sign and thus does not math up with the this King astrologically. But it does not out rule him.

My prediction is that this summer we have or be on the brink of finding a solution to this issue with the US and Russia. However I am still unsure If this reading is addressing this issue since I did not ask about this issue specificity, we shall see.

IRAQ

The war in Iraq is on my mind as well a lot, So I asked “what will happen this summer in Iraq” I got the 2 of Cups reversed – Separation and non-unity, well what else is new. It looks like people will not be getting along, what a shocker. I know this does not sound like a good prediction but thats what the cards say. I would not be shocked if illness was a big news in Iraq this summer, I will keep my eyes open for news on health related issues there.

WEATHER
The weather, ah its a topic you talk about when you got little to talk about. Well the summer weather is very important, So lets see what I can pick up.
I asked How will the weather effect the USA, The 5 of Wands reversed, Hmm well this card leads me to think that something big might happen this summer that would cause the people and or the government to stop fight one and another's Ideas or actions to figure out how to fix what ever that has happened. This leads me to ask “How will the weather be like” and got the 6 of cups. Well This looks odd because it looks good. We could be getting off easy this year :) I am not saying things will be 100% ok but things should not be as bad as Katerina. So this takes me back the the 5 of wands reversed, Since nothing big is planned out weather wise I guess this card could in fact be saying there will be no fighting or craziness going on in the country about the weather.

Well thats about all I could think of for now. Lets see what this summer has in store for us.

American Idol Final

Ok i tired to do a reading to see who will win the final. Blake or Jordin.
Well I tried a reading but I did not connect with the cards, I felt no answer, both cards where reversed, then I tried again, both where right side up. I get the feeling I am not ment to know the answer. This does happen from time to to. If the answer is not ment to be kown then tough luck.

Peronaly I think Blake preforms better, but Jordin has the voice. I think Jordin will win.
